Why, Under Obama, has the U.S. Casualty Rate in Afghanistan Increased 5-Fold?

The lefts rules of engagement don't allow soldiers to actually fight a war. They want our soldiers to serve as human bulls-eyes. They are not allowed to fire unless they are fired upon. They did not learn from Vietnam, they keep doing the same thing and telling the people they are actually fighting the war. Another example of PC run amok.
