What are the laws in Pennsylvania against minors and adults dating?

I am 14 years old dating an 17 year old boy, in August i turn 15 on the 19th and he turns 18 on the 6th. My father has threatened to press charges once he turns 18, can he do tht and win? i have not had sex and we arent going to , so is it illegal for me to date him when im a minor even if we r just kissing at the most? he hasnt even met this boy im dating and he only wants to meet him to tell him to get away from me or to hit him, my mom is perfectly fine with it and hes met her and his parents give us permission... pleeease help!, any help at all is appriciated... And this is all based in PA so PA laws would be appriciated if u know any for this situation
