How to make it on stage (broadway)?

I was wondering how people make it on broadway. I'm a 15 year old male who is really passionate about musical theatre and could see myself doing it as a profession. These are the shows I've been: Peter Pan, Sound of Music, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella, Les Miserables, Singin' in the Rain, and Finian's Rainbow. I hope to continue doing shows because I love it. I take vocal lessons and dance lessons. Any other tips for experience or ways to become a broadway performer (even ensemble for way later in the future)? Thanks a lot!
