What kind of Spider is this?

I saw a spider crawling on my friend's leg. The spider was not fuzzy and it was small. It was all black with a red butt and a black hourglass on it's butt. It looks exactly like a black widow but the complete opposite pretty much. And don't worry the spider did not bite her...we killed it just in time. I also live in Pennsylvania.
