Is my dodgey nose worth a run down to casualty?

hey, so i was putting stuff away blah blah.. and i opened the wardrobe door mashing my nose against it and it went swollen straight away. I got really blocked up and was sniffing but there was no blood so as sore as it was i thought that meant there was no break, the thing that confused me was when i woke up this morning though, and my bump on the ridge of my nose had totally gone and it was now just straight. Its not as swollen now, but its badly bruised. is it worth going to A&E?
