Can i play a Sport in College while in Pharmacy School?

I am planning on going to the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and im going to run Track and possibly play football for the school. i'm probably only going to be able to attend the regular college(University of Pittsburgh) for 2 years and finish the Pharmacy prequesits before entering the University of Pittsburgh Pharmacy school for 4 extra years. I was wondering if i could still still run Track and play football while in the Pharmacy school, its still the same college just a different part of the college.
