What song should i sing for X-Factor?

im 15 and my voice is more Rnb/ Pop ish. i listen to a lot of motown and soul singin. current too like usher or ne-yo. i need a song thats more for the girls and ladies. like a love song but not a sex song. one where i can smile and work the crowd a lot. It needs to have a buildup, maybe reminiscent of Danyl Johnson's performance of "With a Little Help From My Friends" on the British X-Factor. thanks for all the help!
