Best route to take to Carlisle Pennsylvania from Myrtle. Beach SC?

oh your going to pansilvania? from myrtle beach south carolina this summer ? thats.. cool buddy i am also going on vacation but i am going from north carolina to myrtle beach but, i live in state of north carolina in state of north carolina 4 hours drive to get to myrtle beach south carolina i take interstate 95 south route 17 lets' see from pensilvania to myrtle beach sc? ok you need to take route 17 and go north ok? you should be there and safe good luck
