Any movies based on rainfall and/or having rain in some scenes? Decent ones only, please?

My favorite movie is "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" (2005) a comedy murder mystery starring Robert Downey Jr. as a thief mistaken for a private detective, Val Kilmer as the real private detective, and Michelle Mongahan (Source Code) as the thief's girlfriend. It's a comedy film noir so there's rain. Hysterically funny movie with witty dialogue and crazy situations.
