What would happen if we had our our weapon technology today in world war 2?

technology hasn't gone that far compared to what happened in ww2, from a semi-autotmatic gun to a V2 rocket that can go to other continents and drop a nuke, other than more efficient weapons, nothing would be different, except for more deaths towards the innocent people, the veterans and nazi victims.
