What was worst? Columbine Massacre or Virginia Tech Shooting?

I'd say Columbine. Even thought the death toll was lower, it was planned for over 8 months. VT was more of a random spree. The Columbine killers had many motives, where the guy who committed VT was doing it because he was bullied. Eric and Dylan, however, had many such as bullying, hate, revenge, and mental illness (depression). It was also a bombing, as you said. It was also the most significant school shooting in terms of how it changes EVERYTHING in schools. Bullying policy's, introduced lock down drills, and dress code.
