If the U.S. can't even define what a "win" is in Afghanistan, then how is withdrawing troops "losing"?

well we have to be vary careful, at the end of the cold war we diverted CIA funding in the region because the soviet forces left and there was no 'reason' for being there, what was left was the Afghanistan that spawned oppression and terror.
