How do i go about getting a singing gig?

im 14 and evry one tells me im a good singer, and i rly want to show of my supposed talent. i live in grand juncton and noo one ever has signs or anythin up bout it so i was justwondrin i any one hs any suggestions about how i can find a singin gig
